We’re looking for a friendly, organised Optical Assistant to join our welcoming team at Boonah Eyecare.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organised, and wants to learn new skills in a supportive, community-focused practice.
About the role:
• 2 regular days per week
• Flexibility to pick up extra days when needed (busy periods, sick leave & holidays)
We’d love to hear from you if you:
• Have basic computer skills
• Are organised and reliable
• Are personable and enjoy helping people
• Have a genuine desire to learn
• Enjoy being part of a close-knit team and local community
Optical experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person.
