Why do I need to continue chiropractic care?
Because its not always about pain....if you nervous system isn't regulated then your patience goes, sleep falls out the window your bandwidth to deal wiht life isn't the best (someone tapping their finger in the other room sounds like they are scratching their nails on the chalkboard)....you get the idea!

I've recently had a man come in for care, who I hadn't seen since COVID. His health had deteriorated, relationships so much - he didn't look like the same vibrant person I adjusted 4 years ago. And as I explained how the nervous system works and how it can help him, he said well so much has happened in that time, and most of it hasn't been great.
The biggest reason we recommend ongoing fortnightly care is because there is a lot of life that happens in between. We know that when your nervous system is regulated, you can make better decisions, cope with stress better and live better.
