What is bodywork?
It’s about helping your body, emotions and mind work together. It’s a remembering.
Your body holds the wisdom.
It knows how to heal.
It just hasn’t felt safe enough to do it.
Most of us learned to override our instincts. Our intuition. To push through. To disconnect from our bodies to cope.
In sessions, I create a space where you don’t have to perform. We listen to sensation. We follow what’s present. We allow what’s been held to move.
It’s less about doing.
