Meet Alex 💪
Physiotherapist & Strength and Conditioning Coach – Beeliar & East Fremantle
Alex brings a wealth of experience in health, fitness, and rehabilitation to Move Physiotherapy, with a special focus on sporting injuries and performance-based rehab. A graduate of The University of Notre Dame, Alex has established himself as a trusted name in the Move Physiotherapy community, known for delivering results-driven treatment and high-level sports injury management.
Alex holds a strong clinical interest in sporting injuries, lower back pain, and return-to-gym rehabilitation, as well as helping clients optimise their performance in sport, training and work environments. His approach combines detailed assessment with progressive, tailored rehab strategies to ensure long-term outcomes—not just short-term fixes.
Before joining Move Physiotherapy, Alex worked as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer at Fremantle Leisure Centre and Boom Fitness in East Fremantle. This background gives him a significant edge in sport-specific rehab, return-to-play programming, and strength & conditioning for injury prevention and performance enhancement.
Alex is passionate about empowering athletes and active individuals—from weekend warriors to elite performers—to overcome injury and reach their full potential. His approach integrates manual therapy techniques (including massage, joint mobilisations, and muscle release work) with individually tailored rehabilitation programs that address both the symptoms and root causes of injury.
Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, preparing for competition, or aiming to optimise your physical performance, Alex will help you move better, perform stronger, and return to what you love—faster.
