As humans, we are all able to rebalance our energies naturally, however, if you are stuck in any of the symptoms above, the expertise of a healer can assist you to fast-track your body and mind back into an 'in-flow' state. This includes resetting your parasympathetic nervous system and vegus nerve to help reset anxiety, depression and helplessness. I am an Energy Healing Practitioner practicing Energy Medicine combined with what has typically been referred to as Alternative Health Practices, including the skill of Reiki. I am passionate about using energy to heal, and use it consciously and unconsciously to create the best life possible for myself and my clients. Using the sciences such as Kinesiology and Hypnosis works really well with Energy Rebalances - the results are truly amazing
