Autism Counselling provides specialised support for individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Every autistic person experiences the world differently, and counselling offers a safe and supportive space to explore those experiences with understanding and respect.

Our counsellors understand the unique strengths and challenges that can come with autism and neurodiversity. We work alongside clients to build practical strategies, improve emotional wellbeing, and support meaningful relationships.

Counselling can support individuals with:
• Anxiety and emotional regulation
• Social and relationship challenges
• School or workplace stress
• Sensory overwhelm and burnout
• Identity and self-understanding
• Navigating diagnosis and life transitions

For many people, counselling can also help develop confidence, communication skills, and self-advocacy.

We also support parents, carers, and families who may be navigating the emotional and practical impacts of autism.

Our approach is compassionate, neurodiversity affirming, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Neurodiverse Couples Counselling

Relationships can be complex at the best of times, and when one or both partners are neurodivergent, misunderstandings can happen more easily, even when there is deep love and commitment.

Neurodiverse couples counselling provides a safe, informed space where both partners feel heard, validated and understood.

Our approach focuses on:
• Understanding neurological differences rather than pathologising them
• Translating communication styles between partners
• Reducing blame and defensiveness
• Building practical tools for connection
• Supporting emotional safety for both people
• Strengthening intimacy, trust and mutual respect

With the right support, neurodiverse relationships can be deeply loyal, honest, and resilient.

Meet our new team member - Neeyah

Neeyah is a psychotherapist who works primarily from a psychodynamic framework, bringing creativity, playfulness, and deep curiosity to her work with clients.
