Weβre Hiring! π Operational, Communications and Resource Coordinator (Part-Time)
Do you have a heart for social inclusion, an eye for design and a head for organisation?
Belonging Matters is a not for profit organisation looking for a versatile "all-rounder" to serve as our operational support, event organiser and creative communications designer.
This is a unique hybrid role where no two days are the sameβyouβll be the person who keeps our Boronia office humming while crafting the creative communications that amplify our mission.
The Role: π Based in Boronia, VIC (some work from home & travel for events) β± 22 hours per week (12-month contract, extension possible) π° SCHADS Award (depending on experience)
What youβll do:
β’ Create: Design newsletters, event flyers, social media, and educational resources.
β’ Coordinate: Manage logistics for online and in person events across Melbourne.
β’ Organise: Handle office admin, IT troubleshooting and digital systems,
β’ Connect: Be a friendly, professional first point of contact for our community.
