As the year comes to a close, I just want to say the biggest thank you 🤍

This year brought so much change: pregnancy, welcoming a baby, stepping away for a while, shifts in schedules, staff, pricing, and the general ebb and flow of running a small business while honouring life. Through it all, your patience, kindness, loyalty and support have meant more than I can put into words.🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for holding space for me during pregnancy, for trusting the process when things looked a little different, and for continuing to show up for this work and this space. I truly feel so grateful for this community.

As we look ahead, I’m excited to share that from January we’ll be opening on WEEKENDS Z😍, with more schedule updates to come. I’ll also be sharing my own return date once things settle a little more.

I can’t wait to reconnect, to welcome you back, and to step into 2026 together more grounded, nourished and stronger than ever ✨

I’ve officially stepped into maternity leave as we prepare to welcome our baby earthside 🤍

Our final day in clinic will be November 6th, and we’ll be reopening in January 2026.

During this time, our team will be taking a full pause -no treatments or bookings -to rest, reset, and prepare for a new chapter.

✨ I’ve made a decision that some might find radical… ✨

I’m choosing to pause.
To step back from my business, and to fully honour this new season of life as I prepare to welcome my baby. 🌸

This wasn’t an easy decision but deep down, I’ve always known it was the right one. My work has always been about supporting women to care for themselves, and now it’s my turn to practice what I preach.

Kavanah Care will be closed from November 6th, 2025, and reopening January 6th, 2026.

I’ll still be sharing here during this time -reflections, learnings, and glimpses of motherhood but the doors to the clinic will be resting for now.

I can’t wait to see you all again in 2026, refreshed, renewed, and ready for this next chapter together. 💛

Helping you approach your due date with less stress, anxiety and pain.

I can’t stress the importance of taking care of your pregnant body! Pregnancy is a time of extreme bodily changes. My goal is to help women approach their due date with less anxiety, discomfort and stress. My treatments are focused on mother baby connection and making pregnancy and birth a positive experience by minimising discomfort and tension.

In the postnatal stage, treatments are focused on helping women regain their strength and recover with a great focus on relaxation to help improve mood and sleep.
