Under Support at Home, it’s important that your services are invoiced correctly so your budget is used as intended and payments aren’t delayed. To support this, we’ve created a short invoicing video guide for service providers that explains the key changes, how to correctly itemise services (including Direct vs Indirect Transport), and what can and can’t be invoiced.

From 15 December 2025, Trilogy Care will need to reject non-compliant invoices straight away rather than placing them on hold, so we’re asking all providers to watch the video and use the new invoicing checklist before submitting claims. You don’t need to take any action, but this helps us make sure your services are billed correctly and your care continues smoothly. If your provider has any questions, they can also contact our team via the live chat on our website.
