I come with 16+ years coaching and therapy experience in all things wellness. I’m a qualified occupational therapist, inner work and wellness coach and your biggest cheerleader. I help humans do the work on their insides, at a mental, emotional, somatic and spiritual level, enabling them to live meaningful, fulfilling, conscious lives. Having worked with hundreds of clients over the past 16 years, I've witnessed a common theme: people don't know who they are; they're longing for true deep connection and belonging; they feel lost, stuck and lack purpose and fulfilment in every day life. If this is you, I see you! And I get it... I've been there too. The good news is, if you have the willingness and capacity to do some work on yourself, I can help you. My greatest gift and passions lies with seeing my clients beyond their mind, and the labels and roles they place on themselves. I lead my clients into grounding presence and support them to do the inner work to guild them back to their true authentic nature. We unpack all the stuff that's been holding you back, clean the slate, and begin to create and embody a life you truly desire. I do this through occupational therapy frameworks, together with various holistic healing modalities including: inner work coaching modality, matrix therapies subconscious clearings; inner child therapy; breathwork, meditation, somatic and energetic work, plus a whole lot of lived experience. This work literally saved my life, and I have unwavering belief that it could help you too. The fact that you're here tells me there is an inner calling toward this work. ⁣I’m closing out the working year with a full heart.⠀

This year has held so much… and let’s just say… the Year of the Snake truly worked its magic.⠀
⠀
Amidst it all, Hayley Lam Wellness went all in… creating and holding countless spaces for transformation through group events, intimate ceremonies and 1:1 sessions. It’s been a year of deep healing, connection and expansion for so many.⠀
⠀
One thing I’m most proud of: the number of lives touched. My mailing list doubled this year… reminding me of the extraordinary souls who entered my field. If that was you, whether through a newsletter, a ceremony, a session, or a single moment of connection… thank you.⠀
⠀
To my clients, past, present, and new… thank you for your vulnerability, your trust, and your devotion to your own inner work. Thank you for allowing me to guide you on your journey.⠀

And from the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting this small, soul‑led business.⠀

⁣My final event for the year, and what a beautiful way to wrap up 2025. Thank you to everyone who joined me yesterday to breathe, move and give back. Together, we raised an incredible $740.00 for the kids being supported through this amazing cause 🙏🏻. ⠀
⠀
A heartfelt thank you to Jade at .wellness.studio for so generously donating the room hire, and to my love for always doing his usual King thing 🤴. I couldn’t do this work without your love and support behind the scenes, allowing me to stay grounded, in my feminine flow so I can bring these visions to life ⠀

Reflecting on this year, I’m filled with immense gratitude. Hayley Lam Wellness hosted 11 events, retreats, and ceremonies in 2025. Each one a sacred space for healing, connection, and transformation. When I think of the lives touched and the hearts that have opened through these experiences, I close out this year with the fullest heart and soul. Thank you for trusting me to guide and hold space for you all. ⠀

My final event for 2025 is here. As we close out this year, I’ve been tuning into the energy, and it feels like the perfect time to slow down, realign and step into 2026 a little lighter and slower.⠀
⠀
For this event, I’m bringing the fun tunes, and together we’ll move, breathe, and receive the high frequency magic of kundalini energy and light language. It’s a space to gently unwind from another big year, to come as you are, bring whatever you’re holding, and receive exactly what you need.⠀

Musings… 🙏🏻🌀❤️

⁣Your inner work has an 80/20 rule too.⠀
You can do it all… sit in ceremony, feel, cry, release, do your shadow work, awaken. But that’s only 20 percent of the work.⠀
⠀
The real shift happens in the other 80… when you take what you’ve seen and felt in those sacred spaces and actually live it.⠀
⠀
Skip that part, and you end up chasing the next fix. Another mentor. Another plant medicine trip. Another course. Waiting for something out there to do the work for you.⠀
⠀
Real growth isn’t found in the next breakthrough. It’s in the embodiment and integration. ❤️🙏🏻.

⁣Sometimes you have to lose it… to finally receive the gifts that were right in front of you all along.⠀
⠀
When we’re in it… the love, the health, the peace, the relationship, the freedom… we rarely recognise or appreciate their magnitude.⠀
⠀
We move through life assuming they’ll always be there. We get comfortable. Distracted. Entitled. Always reaching for more.⠀
⠀
And then life, in its undeniable intelligence, rearranges everything.⠀
⠀
It takes away what we had… not as punishment, but as an awakening.⠀
⠀
It cracks us open… to feel, to sense, to truly see what was there all along.⠀
⠀
At first, it can bring pain. Discomfort. Feelings of worthlessness, powerlessness, or abandonment… a death of the ego.⠀
⠀
But when you surrender and allow yourself to feel it all… when you move through the pain… what waits on the other side is presence, grace, gratitude, and a quiet knowing that can’t be named.⠀
⠀
You begin to receive the gifts, the lessons, the insights within it all.⠀
⠀
Sometimes losing the thing is what finally makes you capable of receiving. To open your heart fully to what life has to offer. To truly receive and appreciate what’s been right in front of you the whole time.⠀
⠀
And then you realise… you never really lost anything. ⠀
⠀
We only gained access to life’s most precious gifts.⠀
⠀

⁣I was chatting with one of my clients recently… she’s a lawyer. We got talking about all things leadership and business.⠀
⠀
We landed in a truth that so many people don’t talk about enough: not many people last in business or leadership because it’s not just a professional path… it’s a spiritual and evolutionary one.⠀
⠀
It’s the biggest inner work journey of your life. It calls you to meet yourself over and over again. To face off with your fears, your doubts, your patterns. ⠀
⠀
To see the parts of you that crave control or certainty, and the parts that want to run when things get uncomfortable.⠀
⠀
It’s like the universe places you inside an inner work pressure cooker… not to make it “hard” for you, but to refine you. To shed all the parts of you that you thought you had to be. ⠀
⠀
To soften your edges and strengthen your core. To show you every illusion of “safety” you once built and invite you to find true stability within.⠀
⠀
Business and leadership will mirror back to you everything you haven’t healed yet. It will question your worth and have you doubt your capacity.⠀
⠀
However, if you keep doing the inner work, keep listening, keep showing up, keep letting go… your business and leadership becomes a path of awakening and remembering… a path of truly becoming who you ARE, who you were meant to be at a soul level. ⠀
⠀

⁣If you’re stuck in a looping cycle, repeating old patterns… consider you’re unconsciously gaining something! It may be a feeling, a familiar comfort, or even perceived safety. This gain, whether resourceful or unresourceful, it’s what keeps you stuck in the repeated loop.⠀
⠀
Sometimes we stay in discomfort rather than taking action toward the unknown because the feeling we get from familiarity feels more certain. Read that one again!! ⠀
⠀
It becomes your baseline and you somewhat get addicted to that feeling of staying where you are!!⠀
⠀
Ask yourself: ⠀
⠀
What feeling do you hold onto? ⠀
What unconscious dialogue tells you to stay the same, avoid growth, or not show up fully?⠀
⠀
Acknowledging this doesn’t mean you accept staying stuck… it means you honour where you are and the gifts that have come from it, even if invisible. ⠀
⠀
From there, you gently, compassionately and consciously choose and take action TOWARDS what you want instead. ⠀
This is the sacred alchemy of breaking cycles… not with force, but with deep understanding and compassion for the parts of you that are still holding on.⠀
⠀
Remember the only way forward is through 🙏🏻
