It's likely that if you're reading this then you know all of the above symptoms are directly impacted by your habits, the way you move and what you put in your body. Our unique model allows every Prestige Private Gym Member to have their own team of Personal Trainers, Massage Therapist, Nutritionists, and Pain Free Performance Specialists at their disposal. Unlike many other gyms we aren't focused on having jam-packed classes, selling 100 memberships a month or flogging the crap out of our clients. Instead the outcomes we're interested in producing for our members are things such as;

- Being Able To Bend Over Without Pain
- Waking Up In The Morning With Energy
- Having A Clear Head To Perform At Your Best
- Genuinely Loving Your Body And What It Does For You

These outcomes can not be produced in a 6 week challenge, a club with 1500 members or in HIIT style classes alone. To produce these outcomes requires education, a progressive approach and a long term action plan. And sticking to a long term action plan requires support, coaching and accountability. If you're looking for a quick fix or a new shiny object I wouldn't consider becoming a member of Prestige Fit. Feel like you're stuck in a rut with your weights? We've all been there. The next weight up feels so out of reach, you can't seem to get past 10 reps, you want to progress but aren't quite sure how to get there. Here are our best tips to hit those pbs! ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿ’ฅFilm your sets! You don't have to post them, but the act of filming can help with intention and focus. You can even send your video to your trainer or workout buddy for added accountability.
๐Ÿ’ฅTell people your goal. Again - added accountability. Get people to hype you up and cheer you on!
๐Ÿ’ฅDon't be afraid to go to failure (safely). Often we underestimate our capabilities. With the safety bars set up correctly, you can be confident of trying that little bit harder for that extra rep or two.
๐Ÿ’ฅHave someone spot you. You might not even need them, but having someone right there with you can give you that extra bit of encouragement you need to hit your goal.
๐Ÿ’ฅDon't forget sleep, eating well, and hydration - these factors outside the gym can play a huge part in how you lift during your gym time.
