✨ School Holiday Workshop for Parents & Kids (Ages 10–14)
GROWING MINDS
Have you ever thought journalling might be helpful… but never quite known where to start?
Or maybe you’re curious about giving your child tools to help them understand their feelings, build confidence and develop self-reflection.
This 2.5 hour interactive workshop is designed for parents and their child to learn journalling together.
Rather than dropping your child off, you’ll both take part – learning simple, creative journalling techniques that support:
• emotional awareness
• confidence and self-expression
• managing worries and busy minds
• building a simple reflective habit
No writing experience needed. This is relaxed, creative and guided.
Each participant will receive:
📓 A journal to take home
✏️ Tools and prompts to keep using
💡 A guided workshop you experience together
Sometimes the best conversations begin on a blank page.
📅 Tuesday 14th April (School Holidays)
⏰ 2.5 hour workshop
👨‍👩‍👧 For one parent + one child (ages 10-14)

Growing Minds: A Parent & Child Journall — 14 April 2026, 2.30pm - 5.00pm - Sage Manor Bowral ✨ Ages 10-17yrs ✨ Positive School Holiday Experiences. ✨

A gentle, creative workshop with Kylie-Ann Bryant to build connection, creativity and mindful routines between parent and child. Perfect for bonding, exploring emotions and creating tools for when life gets messy. Some conversations start on paper, we are building confident thinkers one page at a time. Meditation is a practice that moves us from our outer world into a more of more reflective in a world. With the crazy outer world, we need more peace and calm in our inner world.
