A fantastic day out on Sunday at the annual GP’s vs Specialists cricket match held at Bradman Oval Bowral! 🏏☀️

While the GPs didn’t take home the win this year, it was a wonderful family day filled with plenty of cheering, laughs, and great company.

We loved supporting Dr Lewis, Dr Haydon, Dr Alexander, Dr Helme, Dr Ryan, and the rest of the GP team - you made us proud! 💙

✨ Welcome Dr Susie Falk to Highlands General Practice ✨

We’re delighted to introduce Dr Susie Falk, a caring and compassionate GP who enjoys all aspects of General Practice. Susie graduated with distinction from the University of New England and completed additional hospital training in Internal Medicine, giving her a strong interest in chronic disease management.

She has also completed the Sydney Child Health Program and is currently undertaking the Neurodevelopmental Care Accreditation Program with Dr Pamela Douglas, with a special focus on breastfeeding medicine and post-natal maternal and infant wellbeing.

Having recently relocated from Newcastle with her family, Susie loves bush walking, jogging and keeping up with her very active young children.

Dr Falk is now welcoming new and existing patients to our Moss Vale practice 🤍

We’re pleased to welcome Dr Michael Ryan to Highlands GP!

Dr Ryan will begin consulting from our Bowral practice in the new year. Some of you may have had the pleasure of meeting him already from when he did a short locum placement with us earlier in the year.

Dr Ryan and his family have recently relocated to the Southern Highlands from Newcastle, where he worked as a Palliative Care Visiting Medical Officer in the Hunter New England region, alongside his work in General Practice.

He brings special interests in children’s health, palliative care, and chronic disease management, and enjoys all aspects of General Practice, particularly the opportunity to care for entire families and foster long-term relationships with his patients.
