We're Hiring - receptionist/administrative assistant.

Bowral Dermatology is searching for a receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team 2 to 3 days per week.

Medical administration experience is essential.

Duties include: managing appointments, phone calls, customer service and billing.

Appointments at Moruya Dermatology will begin next Friday 25th of July. We are happy to have Dr Brenton Cole, GP with an interest in skin, joining us to make this satellite clinic possible.

Dr Cole will be working alongside Dr Davies to provide dermatology consultations for residents of Moruya and surrounds, without the need for extensive travel.

NEW LOCATION: Moruya Dermatology

We're excited to announce that Dr Brenton Cole will be offering a Dermatology service in Moruya, starting Friday 25th of July 2025. Dr Cole will be available for consultations on Friday's Queen Street Medical Centre, 33 Clarke St, BROULEE NSW 2537.

Dr Cole, a GP with a special interest in Dermatology, will be working association with Dr Derek Davies who will provide support via teleconsultation. This collaborative effort with the NSW Rural Doctors aims to bring Dermatology care closer to home for the Moruya community and surrounds.

We are a looking for a competent, reliable and friendly receptionist in our Bowral location.

The position is a casual position once per fortnight on a Tuesday. The hours of work would be 8.30am through till 5.30pm although on occasion you may be required to stay a bit longer if needed. You would also be required to undergo a few days training in our Miranda location as well as attend our Miranda office a few times a year for ongoing training and team development.

Position tasks include all reception and general office duties including greeting patients, making appointments, billing, taking payments and general administrative duties as required.
Role Requirements:
•We are looking for someone who has great work ethics, and possesses a warm and caring professional manner.
•Medical experience is preferred, although not required.
•Strong computer skills
•Superior oral, written and communication skills
•Excellent presentation and nicely groomed at all times.
