Cleaning out my garden ๐Ÿชด ๐Ÿช (which was an absolute mess) today - stage 1.
I havenโ€™t had a lot of time ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ to spend in there, yet even with extreme neglect I managed to get a pretty decent haul! Iโ€™ve still got some leeks, a stack if silverbeet and garlic and a few cabbages coming ๐Ÿฉท
Looking forward to my adjustment monday! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) - what are they?

WMSDs refer to a group of inflammatory or degenerative conditions that can affect muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves, and the supporting blood vessels. While these injuries can sometimes occur from a single event, they more often develop gradually from repetitive or sustained workplace activities over time.

WorkSpace Week shines a light on reducing the impact of WMSDs caused by physical strain, mental stress, repetitive tasks, or poorly designed work setups. Common issues such as neck or back pain, shoulder tension, and headaches are often linked to modifiable risk factors found in many Australian workplaces.
