Do what you love! And for those times when have to do things that you are less enthusiastic about, what can you add to bring more enjoyment? Music, a delicous hot drink, natural flower essences... these are just some of the wonderful and easy ways that we can add a sparkle to even our most tedious tasks!

400 repetitions to create a new synapsis in the brain. And yet if it’s done in play just 10-20 repetitions. Isn’t that exciting!

Now is the time of a powerful full moon and Beltane. These are times when it’s best not to open with questions, and instead to focus on the truth of who you are, your clarity, and your core energies of love, and to be grateful and reaffirming of all you’ve achieved. This is a time for quiet reflection, rest, and review of where you’ve been, and where and who you are now. Look for the treasures, and think about what you would like for the future of you, as part of the greater weaving of life, and the part that you have had in it, how you’ve lived your life, and who and what you want to be within this world of human and spirit, moving forwards. This is a powerful time for being gracious and grateful for all the beauty and the wonder of life ❤️🌝❤️🦋❤️
