It's bird migration time in Australia and to celebrate their journey our Springett House participants have started preparing these gorgeous little bird houses which will be placed around the garden in Spring time when they return to nest.

Did you know? that the Bar-tailed Godwit (Limosa lapponica) migrates from Australia to Alaska, holding the world record for the longest non-stop bird flight. These birds fly over 13,000 km (8,000+ miles) across the Pacific Ocean in roughly 11 days without resting or eating.

🎨 Two Weekends of Colour, Creativity and Connection! 🎈

The last two weekends have been bursting with colour and fun at Interchange Australia! From the magic of Balloon Story to the excitement of Kaboo splatter paint, our participants enjoyed getting creative, trying something new and sharing lots of laughs together.

Programs like these are what the NDIS is all about – creating opportunities for people with disability to connect, express themselves, build confidence and make wonderful memories with friends.

The smiles say it all! 💛
We love seeing everyone having fun, getting messy with paint, and celebrating creativity in such a supportive and inclusive space.

✨ Great friends. Big smiles. Colourful memories.
