Huge thanks to those who were able to donate to Bridging Lanka, for the treatment of 25 puppies who were suffering from tick infestation after devastating floods in Sri Lanka.

Most of all, thanks to Jeremy Liyanage from Bridging Lanka for his tireless effort and dedicated life-saving work, and to Denise Cauchi for driving the fund-raising effort and drawing the troops together. It was eye-opening to learn about Bridging Lanka.

Puppy Love
If you can spare $25- it will save a puppy in Sri Lanka

I am sharing a post from a great friend of mine, Denise Cauchi, who is currently in Sri Lanka assisting wonderful people making a difference at the grass roots. This is a plea for 25 puppies, infested by ticks. Parasite infestation is at least debilitating, untreated, it is life threatening, and scaled-up, poses a threat to whole species. Denise and Jeremy are trying to raise money- please follow the link to make a donation if you can, or share this post to spread the word and raise the money so desperately and urgently needed.

Recent flooding has resulted in a really bad tick infestation and there isn’t any funding to treat the pups.
