Can you believe we are about to head into term 4.

Even more shocking is that we have only 12 more weekends until Christmas.

Then we will begin another new year, reflecting on our goals we made last new years. Did you reach any ? Were they put on the back burner because life, kids, work took priority?

Don't worry there is still time.

If you still have goals or changes you want to make then this 10 week program is for you. Let's make the end of your year the best it can be.

What is a wellness coach?
A Wellness coaches purpose is to support their clients though the process of making sustainable lifestyle changes.

What kind of coach am I?
I would put myself more into the holistic side of things.
I’m not here to tell you to change everything all at once.
I would rather you start making smaller more sustainable changes that grow in better habits and routines for you and you family.

I don’t view food as calories we need to count. I see it more as tool we can use to nourish, heal and support us and our goals.

I see exercise as a way for you to find your community, socialise and get outside. I would rather you enjoyed what you were doing rather exercising to punish your body because it doesn’t look they way you think it should or because it’s the latest trend.
