Return to Ease Breathwork

Return to Ease Breathwork This is the Return to Ease.

Breathwork for those ready to stop managing symptoms and begin uncovering and releasing trauma-shaped breathing patterns learned in survival — patterns that disrupt the body, cloud the mind, and weigh on the heart.

Between 10–25% of the general population show signs of problematic learnt breathing habits.

Mild to moderate overbreathing can reduce blood flow to the brain by up to 35% in just 30 seconds.

Less blood flow can feel like:
- anxiety
- brain fog
- tension
- overwhelm
- fatigue

And most people try to fix that by breathing more.

10/04/2026

Most people don’t realise this…

Breathing habits are estimated to be involved in up to 60% of emergency ambulance calls.

Not disease.
Not injury.

Breathing habits.

There's a deeper layer most people are missing 👀

Trauma or Behaviour? What if much of what we're trying to release... ends up being something we're unwittingly maintaining?

I'm looking for volunteers to trial something I've been building and refining for months.
It's not flashy, it's intentional.
The Undoing - a 6 week process of discovery, allowance and release - is for people curious to explore how breath can act as a mirror to the mind, revealing where we subtlely control or resist life... and how to let go of those limiting patterns.

The hidden breathing habits keeping us in stress, anxiety, fatigue, limiting focus, memory, clarity. Curious? tidycal.com/trent4

I’m Trent Spice, a behavioural breathwork facilitator helping people restore their natural breathing patterns, reduce stress, and reconnect with ease.

Through addressing stress-alert and trauma-alert breathing patterns, I help people work with issues such as chronic tension, fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, and the feeling of being constantly “on edge.” By gently uncovering and releasing old breathing habits — many of which began as survival responses — we make space for your breath to return to its natural, effortless rhythm.

This isn’t about forcing techniques or “breathing the right way” — it’s about learning to understand your own breathing behaviours, why they developed, and how they may be affecting your body and mind today. As you build trust in your breath and your body’s ability to self-regulate, you’ll find more calm, clarity, and presence naturally emerging in daily life.
