I’m Trent Spice, a behavioural breathwork facilitator helping people restore their natural breathing patterns, reduce stress, and reconnect with ease.
Through addressing stress-alert and trauma-alert breathing patterns, I help people work with issues such as chronic tension, fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, and the feeling of being constantly “on edge.” By gently uncovering and releasing old breathing habits — many of which began as survival responses — we make space for your breath to return to its natural, effortless rhythm.
This isn’t about forcing techniques or “breathing the right way” — it’s about learning to understand your own breathing behaviours, why they developed, and how they may be affecting your body and mind today. As you build trust in your breath and your body’s ability to self-regulate, you’ll find more calm, clarity, and presence naturally emerging in daily life.
During my beta phase, prices range from $45 for a single one-on-one session to $157 for the full four-session program.
