✨A little update ✨

Over the past few years, I’ve worked hard to keep my treatment prices the same, with my last price update being 1st November 2022.

However, with the continued rise in living and business expenses, it’s no longer sustainable for me to maintain my current pricing structure.

From Monday 16th February 2026, my treatment prices will increase slightly. This adjustment will help realign my services more closely with current industry rates and ensure I can continue providing the same high-quality, personalised care from my home salon.

Running a small, local business means so much to me, and I’m incredibly grateful for every client who chooses to support local. Your loyalty, trust and recommendations truly make all the difference.

As we step into a brand-new year, I want to wish everyone health, happiness and good fortune. May the Year of the Horse bring strength, energy, success and forward momentum to us all 🐎✨
I’m also excited to introduce my new logo, now proudly displayed on the sign at the front door. It represents a fresh chapter and the continued growth of my business, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all your ongoing support.
Moving forward, I’ll no longer be able to accept after-hours appointments, as I’m making a conscious effort to prioritise and protect my family time. I truly hope this can be understood and respected.

⚡ Service Update – Storm Outage ⚡

Unfortunately, a lightning strike from yesterday's storm has caused damage to our modem, and we’re currently without internet access until a replacement arrives.

This means HiCaps is temporarily unavailable, and we’re unable to process private health claims on the spot. In the meantime, we’re accepting cash or bank transfer for payments. Don’t worry — we’ll email you a paid invoice so you can easily claim your rebate manually with your health fund.

We know this might be a little inconvenient, but rest assured — no storm will stop us from caring for our clients! 💪🌦️

🎉Updated phone number!!!

Well it just happens to be that kind of year. At Cloud 9 Remedial this year we have had lots of accomplishments and changes, and we haven't broken yet..... but this one came close.

Recently I lost my phone and if you have ever experienced it, add in a touch of 'out of the country' - lets just say it's not ideal.

So today we a HUGE change for me and I reluctantly got a new number (0426098621) so I can be contacted immediately. Moving forward this will be the new permanent phone number for the business.

If you have the old phone number, I will be using as my personal number, however I wont get access back for another 7 - 10 business days 🙄. If you wish to keep that number, please respect my wishes and not request work related enquiries to it.

Here's to onwards and upwards, right? 🥂

🌸 Hello lovely clients! 🌸

I know I’ve been a little quiet here lately 💕 – study and behind-the-scenes work had my focus – but the books are finally closed, the studies are DONE, and I’m so excited to be back sharing with you all again! ✨

My treatment calendar is now officially open right through until the New Year 🙌. Cloud 9 Remedial will have a short pause from 10th–21st October, reopening on 22nd October 2025. I’ll be using this time to refocus, re-energise and relax – and I encourage you to do the same. 💆‍♀️💫

Thank you to all my valued clients and supporters.

We have recently been reviewing the financial impact the business has been absorbing, and due to this, we are requiring to make a few minor adjustments to avoid any price rise. I am proud to say we have not increased any of our treatment prices since October 2022 (only adding in amazing new services) and it saddens me that we no longer can sustain the licence to keep our website going, so we have adjusted this in integrate with our booking system and our new website is cloud9remedial.gettimely.com Our old website will be disabled after the 9th of July, so I encourage you all to make note of the new website link and bookmark it. Facebook and Instagram have the new links and easy “Book Now” buttons returned.

🌿 Salon Closed for a short break 🌿
