Sydney — I’m coming out. 🇦🇺
On March 14th at Benton Gym, I’m running a one-day Nervous System Workshop for high-output humans and coaches who are tired of chasing symptoms instead of understanding the system.
Your body doesn’t work in pieces.
Your physiology, psychology, and environment are always talking to each other.
When you ignore that, you don’t just get tight hips or a cranky shoulder.
You get the same pain, the same burnout, and the same behavior loops on repeat.
This day is about learning to see the body as an ecosystem and training as stimulus — not punishment.
We’ll cover:
• How the nervous system moves through flow, fight, flight, and freeze in training and in life
• Why exercise is the byproduct — stimulus is king
• How to read movement through tension over position
• Torque chains and openers to build real mobility and structural strength
You’ll leave with:
• A 10–15 minute nervous system protocol you can use anytime
• A clear map of why you blow up, shut down, or sabotage yourself under stress
• A coaching and training framework built on safety → confidence → performance
• Tools to assess tension, torque, and movement patterns instead of just managing pain
This is for people who train hard, work hard, and are always on — but want movement to support their life, not compete with it.
I’ll also be opening a limited number of individual assessments and 1:1 sessions while I’m in Sydney.
