The body communicates through afferent and efferent signals, constantly sending information between the brain and muscles.🧠 When this communication is clear, the system can organise, move, and stabilise properly. If it breaks down, especially around the spine, tension is misdirected and pain begins to show up. Low back pain is often a result of poor neural output and lack of proper tension in key muscles like the psoas major, glute max, transverse abdominis, and inside hamstrings. When these work together, the system becomes more stable and movement starts to improve.💪

This is not just a simple breathwork. It is a guided process to change how your system responds.🧠 What you feel as stress, tension, or disconnection is often a pattern built through breath, emotion, and past experience. In SWAMI, you learn how to use breath and movement to create the right signal, increase neural output, and allow the body to release what it has been holding.✊🏻

It is about understanding your system and giving it a way to reorganise. When the signal changes, the response changes, physically, mentally and emotionally.💪

Trauma is not something you just think through. It is something the body organises and expresses. It shows up in your breath, in your tension, and in the patterns your system keeps repeating. 🫁 When you create safety in the body and learn to express tension with intention. Through proper training you'll notice changes how your body respond.🔄

I have an upcoming Movement Ayahuasca retreat where we go deeper into this work. Exploring movement, breath, and how the system responds.

Your body does not change randomly. It is responding to your system through breath, tension, and nervous system state 🧠 Some days feel clear, others feel restricted. That is not inconsistency, it is adaptation. When you understand the signal, you stop forcing and start working with the system.

You don’t need more willpower.
You need to change your state.
SWAMI is the breathwork session I built for people who feel tight, anxious, overwhelmed, or just disconnected from their own body.
We use breath, tension, and position to slow things down, turn the noise down, and let your system finally exhale.
If this hit, watch the reel, feel it in your body, and then come breathe with me.

You are not pushing weight, you are pushing limits. Sled work is driven by intensity, not effort alone. The goal is full output. Raise your heart rate, increase body temperature, and drive blood through the muscles.💪 Because sleds are low impact and simple, you can focus on strength, muscle growth, and neural output without distraction. Whether light and long or heavy and short, intensity is what creates the result.🔥

Most people think transformation comes from something external, but I’ve seen the opposite. I’ve worked with people who’ve gone through ceremonies and had breakthroughs, but their body still holds the same tension, same patterns and the same response. That’s where Movement Ayahuasca came from. Through movement, breathwork, and intensity, you access what your body holds by confronting it. No substances, just a clear connection.💫

If nothing has truly changed in how your body feels and responds, we have an upcoming retreat in Langhe, Italy, 📍 June 15–19. Only 2 spots remaining.💪

Are you quitting your sled drag? Watch for these common faults. 💪

🔥 Load shifting to the lower back
When glutes fatigue, the lower back takes over. Fix it by maintaining hip extension.

🔥 Mid-back overuse instead of obliques
Fatigue leads to rotation and loss of control. Engage the obliques and keep the core stable.

🔥 Poor hip extension and foot placement
Short steps shift the load to the wrong muscles. Focus on full hip and leg extension.

💡 Solution
Build time under tension and maintain intensity. Fix these, and understand the movement you're doing to build real strength.

The system is responding to patterns built through breath, tension, and awareness. Lower back tension and stiffness are signals that the system is not organised ⚠️
So the body compensates.

Real change happens when you understand how your system organises movement and responds to stress. This is not about temporary relief. It is about changing the pattern.💪

If your knees cave in during squats or running, your adductors may be taking over. This shifts load into the hip capsule and forces the joints to stabilise.🧠 Overactive adductors tighten the hip flexors, limit hip mobility, and shift load to the hamstrings and outer quads, creating tension and discomfort.

The goal is restoring function. Reconnect the psoas major, inside hamstrings, and glute max so the system can organise properly 💪

You’re a good coach.
Your clients trust you.
But now they’re walking in with MRIs, structural damage, herniated discs, pain meds, antidepressants, and anti-anxiety meds.
And at some point, you’ve probably felt that hesitation.
That moment of, “I don’t want to make this worse.”
That’s exactly why I built the MOVED Academy Level 1 Certification.
Not to give you more random exercises.
But to help you assess better, see movement differently, and coach with more clarity when things get complex.
If you’re tired of hitting that ceiling with pain cases and recurring issues, go check out Level 1.
Become the coach who stays clear when the case gets complicated.
