The body communicates through afferent and efferent signals, constantly sending information between the brain and muscles.🧠 When this communication is clear, the system can organise, move, and stabilise properly. If it breaks down, especially around the spine, tension is misdirected and pain begins to show up. Low back pain is often a result of poor neural output and lack of proper tension in key muscles like the psoas major, glute max, transverse abdominis, and inside hamstrings. When these work together, the system becomes more stable and movement starts to improve.💪
