Im away from home, but still trying to support mums wherever I can. At times, that might mean getting a little creative and festive with my teaching tools! 😅

Join me to learn how to safely and effectively massage your baby helping to ease tummy discomfort, support muscle relaxation, improve sleep, and enhance mood and bonding.

This week’s gathering will be extra informative - we’ll be joined by Kayla, a pharmacist from Capital Chemist Braidwood who will share insights on medications in pregnancy and breastfeeding 💊🫄🤱. A great opportunity to bring your questions!

🗓 Upcoming schedule & changes:

No meetings during the school holidays

The next meeting will then be:

23rd October: We’ll welcome a physiotherapist to chat and answer questions about our body changes during pregnancy and following birth

30th October: A dental hygienist will join us to talk about oral health for our little ones teeth.

Sessions may move to fortnightly for a short time following this.
