Thursday 0630 am
Saturdays. 0930 am
Please message me and make an appointment for a one on one with me before you join this class. So you can translate my instructions into your body without slowing the class down. The 0700 to 0730 on Saturday is a Pelvic floor and Breath practice before the Asana practice which will be a Flow To Music class. Only for those who have attended at least one advanced class during the week. The 0630 to 0730 on Fridays is a Pelvic Floor Pranayama and Chakra meditation practice. The 4 pm on Wednesdays is a restorative class. Maximum of 4. Please book early if possible. The Friday restorative is no longer on. a 10 am on Wednesdays Knee Support practice for those wanting to strengthen muscles to support the knees. The site does not allow me to put more than 2 classes in each day! All classes except for the Restoratives are available on Zoom by appointment. Please text me on my mobile and I will send an invite by email and text.

Namaste Yogis. I’ve added a chair yoga class at 3.30pm on Thursdays starting tnis week 19/06/25. For those who want to build upper body strength ( shoulder stability) and core muscles. Key to holding muscular bandages around the lower back and hips without holding tension in these areas. Come and try it especially if you are experiencing lower body issues. I look forward to seeing you in the studio. 🙏🏽❤️

This Tuesday ( 1 April) afternoon at 3.30 pm we will be gathering at Ryrie Park to plant a tree in memory of our friend Zomi Francom. Be great if you could join us We will move to the Smokey after the tree planting
The afternoon class is cancelled just for this week. 🙏🏽❤️

“Hello beautiful people of Braidwood and villages! I will be offering a few new classes at the Braidwood Yoga Studio.
Mums and bubs class on Mondays @10:30 - 11:30 am $20
Sound Bath on Friday afternoons @ 5:30-6:15 pm $15
Hatha yoga - (beginner friendly) every second Saturday morning from @ 930-11 am $20

These classes will be available from Friday November 1st.

Reduce Head, Heart, and Stomach Pain by Activating your Energy in the Large Intestine Channel

HOW TO: Use your right thumb to massage the spot in the “V” on the back of your left hand and inch to the “web” where the bones in your thumb and index finger meet. Switch hands and repeat

HOW LONG: 1-2 minutes

HOW OFTEN: As often as you’d like

BEST TIME: 5-9 AM

This point is on the large intestine channel that runs from your hand to your head. Massaging here can help activate the energy along the entire channel, including your head, as well as the organs influenced by this channel.

Hello, my dear friends,

The power of your thoughts are real.

They can affect not only your body, but other people in your life and community.

When you have a clear, simple goal, not only can you focus all your energy in one direction, clearing and re-arranging everything in your life to take you there in the best way possible, but the energies of life itself gather to support you in that goal.

So be mindful of what you think and what you wish for.

When you are thinking, you are moving energy.
Energy moves because of a message.

No matter what you see in the world, if this subject did not get a message, it will not have any movement.

Whether it is energy inside and outside the body or our human thoughts and emotions, they are all messages.

And the universe has its own message for us. And it has its own consciousness.

Energy moves with messages, and messages are used in different levels...

The 1st level is the "unsure message".
When you have an unsure message, you have doubts. You are not sure whether this is exactly you want. And your energy in your body, anything around you, or anything you want to do will have no direction, no goal, no purpose, then your energy can easily get confused.

Be sure of yourself and your wants.

Make your purpose clear and specific.

What is the purpose of your practice or meditation?

What do you want to receive from it?

Do you want to heal the pain in your knees? Do you want to heal all your sadness and grief?

Feel deep in your heart, “This is exactly what I want. I am 100% sure from head to toe, and I trust this message is going to work for me”

Whatever it is that you want to accomplish, make sure it is known.

Write it down before you begin, can also be helpful.
