Miriam Nicholls is a qualified therapeutic massage practitioner, dancer and movement teacher, currently completing further studies in advanced anatomy and exercise science. She is passionate about helping people build optimum health and feel good in their bodies. Therapeutic massage can involve firm or gentle pressure, depending on the client's needs. The focus is usually on full-body tension release, with priority given to areas of soreness such as the shoulders and back. Please arrive a little early to your first appointment, to allow time to go through details in planning your massage treatment. Rates:
1 Hour Therapeutic Massage: $110
1.5 Hour Therapeutic Massage: $160
1 Hour Belly Pillow® Pre-Natal Massage: $110

Hello out there, dear clients!

Many have asked, so this is just a note to say that yes, I am still massaging. We had a meeting of therapists today and all were in agreement that in this stressful time, for as long as we can we will continue to provide massage services, with our usual practices of disinfecting and sanitizing all surfaces and towels after each client. In a time of enforced “no-touch”, perhaps massage as a touch therapy becomes even more important!

I have been working out of the beautiful studio at Alice Springs Massage and Yoga for the past 3 years, and will continue to offer Saturday appointments there for as long as possible.

If you are unwell please do not come in for massage. Let me know in afvance if possible, and I will change your appointment date.
