TRUTH

You can always trust the truth. That's the good thing about it, the truth will never steer you wrong. Even if it's hard, even if it's difficult to swallow, even if it hurts your ego and it fights you. It will still be something you can absolutely trust in the end, no matter your confusion or doubts about your choices. Just let go in the knowledge of that. You can trust your intuition to guide you because you allow your heart to lead you in truth. Your mind and your heart are becoming as one, allowing you to express your truth assertively with absolute dignity and kindness, even towards those who are afraid of your voice. You expose everything that is not in alignment with truth, without even trying. You are like a bright light that is a beacon in any dark room you enter. That means you're going to get noticed, too, and not always by happy people. But because you are in alignment with speaking your truth and being who you are now, and expecting the same from others, not much is going to be able to touch you in a negative way. You've actively and effectively have been able to release many, many attachments and limiting programming.

People are going to want to know how you did that, and you can share what you've learned on your path in searching for the ultimate truth. It is the love that is in your heart. The truth makes it expand. Now what will you do with this new power and new information? We cannot wait to see your power in action. Recognize the truth of your divine nature and of your divine power. This is who you really are, oh wise one.

the sun brings love, warmth, health and vital strength to sustain life to all beings on earth. There is something so comforting about basking in its warming embrace. It holds healing powers that strengthen your body, mind and soul. The sun shines light on to all living things healing sustaining and nourishing them with vitamins. How can you reflect the glorious light of the divine and the healing sun in your everyday actions, plans and thoughts? How can you reflect its beauty and glory into the world and on to others?

Make a plan of three simple steps to express your love and light by doing three simple kind gestures warming the heart of others in the next couple of weeks. These small acts of loving kindness and giving, also help us to feel a flow on effect of gratitude, helping happiness and the gift of being present. Acts of kindness have a ripple effect in the world, and each act no matter how small travels much further then we even realise.

When you feel you’re enduring times of difficulty or darkness, always know with each new day there is a light symbolising new hope and strength. The sun will always rise with each new day just as it goes down at the end and sets beyond the sea. In the dark of the night the stars light up the night sky and we always know of this continual cycle. This is a natural comforting pattern knowing that this magnificent planet of light will fill the sky and rise with each new morning. This can symbolise our same inner strength no matter how challenging the day or night there is always a new day and period of light and strength ready for us to tap into. A day to start fresh and renewed.

The sun has the power to help plants, flowers, the earth and all its living beings. It’s natural power helps us live a healthy life, strengthen our immunity and shed light on the world and clarify our view.

Visualise a beautiful golden sun shining in your solar plexus (the chakra located just below the naval) imagine a beautiful glorious shining sun radiating warmth through your stomach circulating in a clockwise motion and clearing out any energy that no longer serves your highest good. Brightening lightening and expanding until its warmth circulating in your body is felt eventually expanding and radiating throughout your entire being. Sit Basking in this warmth for as long as you like and once you return to the room thank the beautiful sun and all it’s healing glory for moving energy out of your body and strengthening your personal power and connection to the divine.

Mantra: I am a divine being of light; the power of the healing sun strengthens my body mind and soul and connection to the divine.

I feel empowered to be present in life and I have the power to deal with any situation, decision, or circumstance. I am a beautiful radiant being of light. So be it 💕

Divine Being in Human Form

Your opportunities are endless, and your mindset is your biggest tool to orchestrate, create and magnetise the most divine experiences to you.

All is available right here in the present, no matter what has happened in the past.

Be brave and courageous enough to allow the old narratives, mistakes or negative experiences to fall away. These were only your teachers.
Forgive yourself & forgive all others free your heart from any pain and negativity.
(Hoponopono is a beautiful practice to chant and bless all who have hurt your and to extend forgiveness to self, this isn’t accepting negative behavoiur but releasing the poison of others projections so you can be free ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are all teachers to one another teaching boundaries, power, balance, many times the hard relationships are our biggest teachers and
We are just walking each other home.
There is no need for continual self punishment as you gained the wisdom and silver lining, release the mistakes and keep your chin up.

We are taught that we must prove, strive, force to “deserve’ good things to happen.
But you just being you is enough,
Be in your joy loving yourself and thinking positively about yourself.
You are divine in nature and can choose whatever life you want, and shift any old ego identities.

Release yourself from any fears shaped by experiences from the past. Allow yourself to surrender to the flow of being and focus on what it is you want to bring in to your life.
Breathe, visualise and feel into what you want to manifest and create.

Life is but a game and you are the conductor align with loving yourself as you deserve everything you desire
just for being you
