The hardest part of change is taking the first step. Scientifically it is known as cognitive dissonance. In simple terms it is the uncomfortable feeling we get at the idea of change, because of the unknowns.
Here ae some quick tips to help overcome cognitive dissonance:
💛Make a plan - break it down to small actions with deadlines
💙Get comfortable with being uncomfortable - remind yourself the feeling is normal but will pass
💚Have faith in your decisions - trust yourself
❤ Get Support - have the right people in your corner
💜Celebrate success - no matter how small
