Our goal is to make each of our participants’ lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating in their own communities. Pawsonal Support is a small business (sole Trader) that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that put the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment. Our values are centred around our staff, participants and their families or guardians. Honesty - We are trustworthy and tell the truth to keep our promise to you. Privacy and Confidentiality - This is of utmost importance as outlined in our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and Procedure. Development and Improvement - We will identify, with your help, where we can develop projects. We always work to improve our services and to uphold the Service Standards. Your feedback is always valued. Safe and Harmonious working environment - We offer a workplace that provides support, guidance and acceptance to staff and participants.

A beautiful afternoon of creativity and connection 🎨🌿

Amy and Lucy enjoyed some outdoor art and craft, spending time together in the fresh air creating mindful artwork. It was a relaxed and calming session, allowing Amy to express herself creatively while also enjoying the peaceful outdoor environment.

Activities like this are a wonderful way to support mindfulness, reduce stress, and build confidence through self-expression. Amy engaged really well and had lots of fun exploring different ideas and materials.

Beth in action today 👩‍🍳✨

Today Beth spent time in the kitchen cooking her famous pizza scrolls and preparing sandwiches for her school lunches 🥪🍕 She showed great focus following each step, from preparing ingredients to assembling everything just the way she likes it.

Beth is becoming more confident in the kitchen and is taking on tasks with increasing independence. She was proud of what she created and enjoyed being in control of her choices and routine. It’s been wonderful to see her develop these important life skills while also having fun along the way.

Moments like these are so rewarding—watching Beth’s independence and confidence grow each day. She continues to show determination, creativity, and a willingness to give things a go 💛

RJ is back on the field and loving every minute of it! 🏉

He’s kicked off the season in the Footy Modified Rugby Program with so much enthusiasm, and what a way to start — scoring a field try. You could see the excitement and pride all over his face.

RJ absolutely loves his football, and it’s amazing to watch his confidence, skills, and teamwork continue to grow each time he plays. The energy he brings to the game is contagious, and he gives it his all every time he steps onto the field.

A big shoutout to Tom for his ongoing support — having that encouragement on the sidelines makes such a difference.

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the season brings. Go RJ!
