Spent an awesome 4 days learning about Past life and between life regression therapy a couple of weeks ago. In this blog I share my experiences.
My Journey with Soul Regression Therapy Training: Awakening My Soul's Purpose.
My life has always been a convergence point—where the spiritual meets the material, where the focus and discipline of the athlete and academic meet the compassionate heart of the therapist, and the flow and allowing of the spiritual warrior. Today, I am thrilled to share the most potent piece yet to anchor into my wholistic healing practice: the completion of my intensive training in Soul Regression Therapy (Past Life and Between Lives) with the extraordinary Christine Maudy of Inspired Living. www.inspiredliving.com.au This modality isn't just an addition to my practice; it is the missing key that bridges the soul's eternal journey with the current life's healing. This work moves beyond traditional therapeutic modalities to access the soul's blueprint, providing immediate and profound healing by resolving the energetic contracts and imprints carried across lifetimes.
Accessing past life memories is certainly not new to me. Across the past two decades of deep study and participation in various healing and meditation techniques I have often experienced past life recollections, ranging from brief glimpses to fuller, energetic pictures. However, what I found particularly profound and transformational about this formal training was the emphasis on therapeutic depth and intentionality. This is not about passive remembrance; it’s about taking the time required for deep exploration into a specific past life with the precise intention of understanding the core lessons, resolving persistent karmic patterns, and unlocking how those memories relate to the soul’s purpose in this present, potent lifetime. It is a meticulous process of weaving soul wisdom directly into the fabric of today's transformation.
Here is an excerpt from one of my past lives…..
It is misty and dark; I am standing on a dock where the ships come in. I believe I a in England, I am wearing women’s old-fashioned shoes with laces and a slight heel. I am wearing a long dress, fuller in the skirt and tight at the waist. I have a fitted jacket over my dress. My hair is curled, pinned up. I am wearing a hat. I have a big travelling trunk beside me. I am travelling to America to study, to go to university [because they won’t let me here in England]. I am leaving my family behind; they live in a stuffy old house in the Country and don’t approve of my wanting to get an education. They would prefer that I get married to a good husband and settle. I realise I am going against their wishes, but I don’t want to be married off. I want an education, to make something of myself, to be free, and explore what the world has to offer.
I board the ship, it is a big passenger ship with sails. We leave for America. I’m feeling scared, something has happed to the ship, and we are sinking. There is chaos all around me, people trying to hang on to what they can, others being pulled into the water. I find myself in the water, it is cold, people are crying, screaming. I feel in my soul sense of resignation. There is an irony to my fate that I die alone at sea.
Facilitator: How do you feel about dying at sea?
I felt I had accomplished my task which was to break free, to carve my own path, to keep moving, to keep learning. There were no regrets. Family wasn’t that important to me. I was more important to follow my dreams at all costs.
Facilitator: What was Eleanor like?
I was bright, strong willed, self-centred, fiercely independent, did not want to stay put or be attached, there was a disregard for others, I did not tolerate sentimentality.
Facilitator: How many lifetimes has there been this theme?
Five – I was a Chief, Priestess, Soldier, Doctor, and Eleanor. In each of these lives I had a clear direction and sense of purpose, with limited regard for others, although I was often in service to others. In each of these lifetimes I would either be single/alone, or would have a companion (but they were secondary to my purpose/path). It was hard to let others in. I had to remain detached to achieve my goals.
Facilitator: What is different about this life’s purpose?
My purpose in this lifetime is to be a “weaver of light” to bring people together, teach, to show people how to alchemize their gifts and talents, and how to weave together their gifts and talents with those of others, creating a symphony of energy, light, wisdom, connection and collaboration.
In this life I have to clear the karma of those other lifetimes, to let go of mistrust and the wounding of betrayal, to let go of individualism, to learn how stand in my power alongside others and use it to elevate the collective. To learn collaboration, teamwork, that in building up others and allowing them to shine, I also shine.
Unlocking My Soul’s Mission – The Weaver’s Code
The true power of this Soul Regression Training became intensely personal when I accessed the life of Eleanor—a fiercely independent ancestor who, along with four other soul incarnations (Chief, Priestess, Soldier, Doctor), held a pattern of intense individualism and detachment, pursuing purpose at the cost of deep connection. This insight immediately illuminated the lifelong tension I’ve carried: the powerful drive to achieve through solitary focus—be it in elite sport, academic rigor, adventurous travel, or in the pursuit of spiritual wisdom and expanded consciousness—versus the deep, inherent urge toward heartfelt compassion and communal service in my roles as a social worker, counsellor, educator, wife, and mother. My soul’s wisdom revealed that my mission in this lifetime is to integrate both: to shed that karma of mistrust, balancing the strength and conviction gained from these individualistic past lives with the compassionate unity of collective consciousness. I am learning to be a "Weaver of Light," bringing people together in a symphony of connection and collaboration. This training did more than just confirm a past memory; it provided the therapeutic container to precisely pinpoint the core energetic block and transform it. I reclaimed Eleanor’s immense strength and fierce intellect, but infused it with the feminine qualities of collaboration and unity, ensuring that my power is now used to elevate the collective.
Your Soul's Blueprint is Waiting
My profound personal experience of integrating this lifelong tension is exactly what this deep work can facilitate for you. If you struggle with persistent patterns like chronic loneliness, repeated relationship failures, a profound inner conflict between service and self-achievement, or a deep sense of separation that no amount of traditional therapy or surface-level healing has resolved, the answer often lies in an unintegrated past life contract or a persistent soul theme. In a Past Life Regression (PLR) or Soul Regression (SR) session I hold the space and the expertise to guide you beyond the glimpses of memory and into intentional resolution. Soul Regression Therapy allows you to access your own Council, retrieve fragmented wisdom, and see the expanded context of your journey, transforming struggle into purpose. This clarity empowers you to stop fighting your own inner conflicts and instead, align with the magnificent design of your soul. Are you ready to alchemize your own soul wounds and fully anchor the wisdom you were born to share in this current, potent lifetime?
I will be offering Soul Regression Sessions in the New Year.
