It's not goodbye, it’s see you soon.

There are some big changes happening at Muscle Freedom, with both Sam and Leah heading north in 2026. While this news may be bittersweet, there’s plenty to be excited about.

Our amazing myotherapist, Joanne Matheson, is adding an extra day to her schedule, and we’re thrilled to welcome another highly experienced myotherapist, Raph Wolter, to the team. Raph will be starting full-time from this Friday and brings a wealth of knowledge, with 17 years' experience in the industry.
