📣New timetable starting Monday 🙌
After 4 weeks back, we’ve collected lots of feedback and are tweaking our Summer Timetable as follows:
👉 7am classes are back to being Strength & Conditioning (rather than HIIT)
👉 A return of our Beginner Strength and Conditioning classes, at 4.30pm Monday and Wednesday afternoons (designed for people who are self labelled ‘un-fit’, new to working out, pregnant, or returning from injury).
👉 Plus 2 x New Hatha / Beginner Yoga classes, again perfect for newbies, or anyone seeking a more gentle practise, on Tuesdays evenings & Thursdays early mornings.
👉 Our Thursday afternoon Boxing session shifting to have more of a cardio or ‘fit-box component (ie higher heart rate work, less technique/drills).
👉 And our Thursday night Slow Flow is now a Hot Yoga class.
We have a new coach starting soon, and will share more about him soon - but until then we are ‘pausing’ our Saturday morning Bootcamp class to give Stan a day off 😉 But this will likely only be for a couple of weeks ☺️
Now that the holidays are over, kids are back at school, and we’re all finding our 2024 rhythm, we would LOVE to see a bunch of new faces come along and experience what we do 🫶
