I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately - life has been….. well… life. Classes have been humming along and I love the commitment, energy & banter everyone brings to class.

I’ll be taking a little break over the holiday period but classes will still be running!

I use layers like this in all my Mat classes so regardless of whether you’ve never done Pilates before, returning after a break, or come 3 x a week you’ll find the layer just right for YOU! 😍
