A little snippet from our online training session this morning 💪🏽

Even though lockdown is over, we still have an awesome TR online community (locally and internationally).

Online sessions are perfect for:
- busy people / parents who want a high quality workout without having to leave home.
- when you’re on holidays and still want to maintain your exercise routine.
- living interstate or international but still want to train with us.
- public holidays 🙌

All sessions are live, very effective and loads of fun.

:: 1 Arm Swing variations with lateral Feedback ::

1. Unilateral stance
2. Step Uni to Bilateral
3. Unilateral to 1 leg

Pointers:
- intra-abdominal pressure
- build in latency (delay) of body
- apply ground force tension to fire the glutes

showing us how to layer different stages of effective 1 arm swing patterns 💪🏽 take note of her spine alignment and latency of her body. These are fantastic exercises to build functional glute strength 🍑

One for the B’ballers 🏀

Using a kettlebell to create quick anchor points while moving around it dynamically is super challenging but very effective.

In this vid I tried to mimic some of my favorite b’ball moves with the kettlebell… then repeated the moves to see if I could move through them more efficiently.

Sunday core home session 💪🏽
By ‘core’ we don’t mean crunches or Pilates 100’s or Russian Twists (these create serious dysfunction of your biomechanics)… by ‘core’ we mean an integration of Inter-abdominal pressure with full body 3 dimensional movement (especially rotation- a few shown here).

Lockdown home session no.3 💪🏽
Here we’re focusing on the posterior oblique sling (with others) and pulling motions… notice the rotation.

To be effective, pulling actions should be accompanied with Glute actions (your movement magic comes from your sling systems).

Another lockdown session sneak peek for you. Today we tethered ourselves together with resistance bands to create both resistance and Bio-feedback.

Grab your partner or house mate and give them b***y burners (or posterior oblique sling) a go 💪🏽

Ps. Don’t forget the sun and bare feet (especially the sun!! Clothes off to reveal more of your solar panels)
