Your Healthy Horizon is a clinic designed by owner and acupuncturist Jennifer Coleman to help you achieve your health goals. Jennifer works with a wide variety of patients with many different health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, menopause, period pain, fertility, muscle pain, sport injuries, digestive issues, and immunity boosting. Acupuncture can be effective in addressing many complaints, working by boosting the body's own healing response by releasing endorphins and natural pain killer chemicals to reduce pain, restore hormonal balance and stop the stress response. Acupuncture is gentle and seeks to address the underling cause, so the whole health of the person is considered and often multiple symptoms can be corrected. Your Healthy Horizon (formerly Brighton Natural Therapies and Acupuncture Clinic) has been in operation for nearly 10 years, with a relaxing supportive feel. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) 2007 and is a registered AHPRA practitioner with extensive experience helping women on their fertility journey and she enjoys treating stress and anxiety. All treatments are conducted one-on-one in private rooms so you can be comfortable discussing your health goals confidentially. Jennifer is a frequent supporter of local community events and is well regarded in the local community with the majority of patients residing in the 4017 area.
