Hi, I'm Kristi! I am a feminine-form Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic lifestyle coach, Sound Healer, and menopause wellness specialist devoted to empowering women to holistic wellness, through every life stage. With a focus on aligning with nature's rhythms, I guide others in restoring balance, cultivating optimal health, and awakening their inner goddess. My integrative approach weaves ancient wisdom, therapeutic sound, and modern insight to support deep healing, vitality, and feminine empowerment. I create accessible yoga, courses, masterclasses, workshops and general classes for the modern yogi that are grounded, invitational and never too serious. My light-hearted yet knowledgeable approach is both conscious and supportive. I am a Mentor and Senior Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Australia - level 3 (1000+hr) and Energetic Alchemist.

I believe wellness begins with small sustainable changes. 🌀🧘🏻‍♀️ 
My own journey has been woven through cancer, rebirth, and remembering. What I’ve learned is there are no quick fixes; no one size fits all answers. True wellbeing is a sacred journey of self-discovery and self-compassion; a returning home to yourself.

This is the heart of my work: to hold space for you as you transform, one breath, one ritual, one choice at a time.

In 2020 I was diagnosed with stage 2-3 Breast Cancer and BRCA2. My treatments included 5 months of chemotherapy, 5 years of hormone therapy and 12 surgeries including preventative surgeries leaving me in permanent surgical menopause.

While cancer doesn’t define me, It has left me changed in so many ways. One of the biggest challenges I am still faced with is that the same Yoga and lifestyle practices don’t feel right anymore. What used to energise and inspire me now causes way too much stress on my body and mind.

Because of this, I have dedicated myself to learning as much as I can, from many, many different teachers. Through the alchemy of Crystal Sound Medicine, Yoga, Ayurveda, I have restored my natural rhythm — where balance, vitality, and deep self-trust live.

I am honoured to share this with you.

An old guardian of this land,
standing between worlds.

Its roots drink from deep time.
Its trunk holds the memory of fire, rain, and the long watch of seasons.
It speaks not in leaves or limb,
but in presence —
in stillness,
in endurance.

To stand before it is to feel the veil thin.
To remember that the land is alive,
watching,
waiting,
in communion with those who listen.

May we learn this quieter magic —
to remain,
to belong,
to honour what stands, even when stripped to its essence. 🜃
