As with many things in life, breathwork is not a "quick fix" to heal ourselves and just as we would dedicate our time to going to the gym to improve our physical health so to is needed for our mental health. In the same manner in which we "work out" to improve our bodies, regular sessions of breathwork, inner work, grounding and meditation are needed to improve our mental and spiritual bodies. To live life to our fullest, we need to invest in the physical, the mental and the spirit.
