I wanted to share something gently around wellness - because itβs a word we hear a lot, but donβt always feel.
Wellness isnβt just green smoothies or ticking off a workout.
Itβs how you feel in your body at the end of the day.
Itβs whether your mind can slow down.
Itβs whether you feel calmβ¦ or constantly βon.β
And for many of us, especially by this time of year, wellness can quietly slip to the bottom of the list.
We keep going.
We keep managing.
We keep showing up.
But underneath⦠we can feel tired, stretched, or just a little disconnected from ourselves.
Thatβs why Iβve created this retreat.
