Oh my gosh the flavours in this one were incredible and an easy weeknight meal too !!! Spicy soy beef!!!! It was a Malaysian dish and I love that I can make authentic tasting meals from around the world thanks to Thermy !!! (I did go a little softer on the chilli. ) Excited for left overs for lunch tomorrow 😍 so glad Eva recommended it so highly to me and inspired me to make it !
