I am here to hold sacred space for you while you take radical responsibility for your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. 🌿 Basically, think of me like a birth bestie! I've been where you are on both sides of birth. I've had 3 hospital births that have all been so different & have experienced birth trauma first hand, to then a euphoric experience of a free birth at home.
Whether you're travelling to another realm to meet your baby earth side or deep in the trenches of postpartum & motherhood, l've been exactly where you are so I can give you support from personal experience.
