It was just a matter of time before the 'second wave pandemic' was going to be the top of the agenda. Mental health is now more important than ever! Given we will be stuck inside for at least another 4 weeks, please seek help in advance.

As they say.... prevention is better than cure.

So its Friday night and we're unable to do our usual routine of socialising with friends and family over dinner or a drink at a restaurant, pub, club and so on.
Well... time to get a new routine happening and the quicker we establish the new routines, and see at the bright side of what are the positives out of all of this, the more enjoyable our time indoors will be.
Stay safe and look after one another.
xx

Watching the news and current media coverage of this health pandemic has been heart breaking! Virtual connections are more important than ever, please check in with one another and remember that this is all temporary.
While most services are shut or shutting down, essential services such as counselling and therapeutic services are still available face to face or via Skype/phone. Whatever the method of delivery most of us are willing to go out of our way to provide support.
Keep yourself and your loved ones safe!

The fear that seems to have taken over our daily lives at the moment will have a long lasting impact on many of us, in many different ways. Many are likely to face physical heath issues, emotional and mental health issues or financial problems, as a result of illness, isolation and loss of income.
At this tough time we all need to lend a virtual helping hand to one another, at least until we can actually touch without the fear of spreading the virus, and understand that every single one of us will have a different reaction to the adversity.

SBC counselling is still up and running, with all possible precautions having been taken to ensure the heath and safety of clients. SBC is also available via Skype and phone so please access the required support. Phone +61403479575

Stay safe and well and remember,

Everything that has been, has passed and everything that will be, will pass.

Sve sto je bilo proslo je, sve sto ce biti proci ce.

Its worth reminding ourselves that we are allowed to have a bad day. Its not a bad life, just a single low day and that's ok!
Tomorrow is a new day and a new opportunity. Enjoy it.

Supporting our children, regardless of their gender, is a life long commitment.

Raising boys while they transition into men requires attention and care. They may not wish to talk all the time, so just make every moment count, as no moment is insignificant.

Fear has, and will always be a more powerful motivator than success.
What have you got to lose?

Happy Monday all! With a tragic last week, here's to hoping this week is filled with love and happiness.

Know your worth and fight for what you believe in and what you deserve. Someone once said, 'we weren't brought to this life to suffer'. Asking for help in deciphering what it is that you deserve is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength.

It's Valentine's day and love is in the air!!!
True love and meaning of relationships doesn't and shouldn't come down to money. So on the day that love and relationships are meant to be celebrated try and gift your time to those you love and cherish, as there is no price tag one could attach to the time and undivided attention.
For those who may not be in a relationship, do yourself a favour and remember to love yourself for who you are. Remember that at the end of the day unless we love who we are, we can't love another human being.
