Life can feel REALLY confusing when we feel lots of big emotions and don't really know what is going on inside of us or how to explain it. Looking at an emotion wheel can be really helpful to start linking the feeling in your body to accurate words. Words sometimes don't completely explain the feeling, but it's a good start 😊 Having more emotion/feelings words helps us and others to understand what we're experiencing 👏

You may learn to people please, because you don't want to disappoint others 🌸 But when you people please a lot, you aren't really listening to yourself, what you want and what you are comfortable with. You aren't really doing what is right for you when you people please. If this sounds like you, try this: instead of answering people right away, you can say, "Give me some time to think about it!" 🕜 Then you can really think about how you feel, before you answer.
