Good evening friends.
Just thought I’d share a simple tip that has been working well for me lately: waking up at least 2 hours before my first task of the day.
As someone who is often travelling the paths of life with people everyday, this time each morning allows me to adjust, enjoy breakfast, spend time with my wife and dog, and prepare for the day.
If your mornings need a change, try the above for a couple of weeks and let me know what your thought.
