In Fiji, turtle symbolises fertility, longevity, wisdom, and protection. Fijian Art done with paper and pen rather than wood and chisel! So proud of my elderly folks for following the instructions perfectly and creating a wonderful artwork!!!

We have been very busy at Aged Care with our lovely seniors trying out and practicing different arts and craft. From watercolour to fabric scrapes, washi tapes, crayon work, folk art, paper mosaic art, glass art on paper!!!! Learning, Exploring and most importantly having FUN!!! 🥳 ❤️

Very happy and honoured to share that MYArCC is collaborating with CGI Brisbane, for their NAMASTE INDIA Program to conduct Madhubani Art Workshop. The purpose is to create awareness, curiosity and interest in rich artistic heritage of Indian Folk art.

It was an absolute pleasure to conduct Folk Art Workshop as a part of VIRSAT Program at the prestigious Geetanjali College, in Bhopal ( Madhya Pradesh). The young student artists contributed to the workshop with curious questions, interesting discussions and creative artworks.
