Instead make “Self Praise” a practice … make it familiar in your lives ….. it’s a practice to remind your mind to think about all your potential, your qualities, the hard work, the effort you put into making your loved ones & yourself, happy every single day.
We often compare ourselves and fall into the trap of self criticism or not feeling worth enough! Don’t wait for the world to praise you.. make self positive talk a habit ….make your mind, your bestie ….who only encourages you with positive affirmations and self love. Work towards building a strong mental foundation. Make self reflection a part of your routine and remind yourself every single day

New Year, New Asanas, New Energy 😇

Working on Kakasana, popularly known as the Crowpose. A challenging balancing pose requiring arm and core strength. The hands press into the floor as one tucks the knees towards the body, leaning forward and lifting up while balancing on the hands.

Could hold only for few seconds for now…. A little progress is still some progress 😊

Post the extended vacations and new year celebrations, this Green Smoothie is one of my favourites to detoxify and boost the body nutrients 💪🏻

Here’s the recipe if you wanna give it a go

2 heads romaine lettuce🥬
1/2 cup spinach 🌱
1 apple 🍎
1 pear 🍐
1 banana 🍌
1 lemon 🍋
1/2 cup coconut water 🥥

I have now been having it for almost two years, especially in summers. It’s a great way to start your day as a breakfast smoothie and keeps you full for long ! Thank you for sharing this recipe with us all ☺️
