This year, I am thrilled to embark on a significant initiative that highlights the vital role of physical activity and development in early childhood: our event, Thryve Studios International Yoga Movement 2025!
Our goal is to have as many children aged 1 to 6 as possible take part in a synchronised yoga session across Australia, all on the same day and at the same time. This event aims to emphasise the importance of keeping kids active, engaged, and discovering the wonders of yoga.
It's a fantastic opportunity for daycares, kindergartens, and anyone with little ones at home who wants to have some fun!

Over the years, I've observed that our early learning champions often struggle with burnout, feeling as if they're juggling flaming torches while trying to maintain that elusive work-life balance. Working with children is like to having a backstage pass to the greatest show on earth, but let’s be honest—chasing after energetic little ones daily can leave you feeling like you’ve just completed a marathon!

Each day, you arrive, pouring your heart into your work, burning the candle at both ends, and hoping for just a hint of change. I’ve been there too, and believe me, it’s far from easy.
But what if I handed you a magic wand—or, alright, a straightforward assessment plan—that acts as your reliable sidekick?
