Position: Support Worker
Location: North Brisbane area - various locations
Job Type: Contracting
Shifts Available: Monday-Sunday, various times
Position Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. You will assist our clients with daily living and community access supports, creating a positive, safe and supportive environment where participants can thrive and achieve their goals.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
* Knowledge of NDIS, and a strong desire to help and care for others.
* Relevant qualifications in disability, community services, or a related field are desirable but not essential. Any mental health experience would be advantageous.
* Possess a current Australian drivers license
* Carers Business Insurance
* Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
* ABN
* National Disability Screening, and Current Blue Card
* Successful candidate will have the legal right to work in Australia and will be required to complete a National Police Clearance Check
