Coming Home to Wholeness
Healing isn’t about escaping what hurts — it’s about coming home to yourself, one breath at a time.
When we’ve been dissociated or using “love and light” to avoid pain, we’re not doing anything wrong — we’re simply trying to feel safe. 💗
True wholeness begins when we let our body, mind, and spirit reunite.
When we:
🌿 Breathe into our heart instead of out of it.
🌿 Let emotions move instead of locking them away.
🌿 Feel the ground and remember — we belong here.
Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
And presence is the doorway to peace. ✨
