One of the many Ceremonies that we offer!

To truly honour each other and make the time for each other.
Wish each couple could do this .
We wish every couple would make time for something like this.
It is so important to work on our relationship with the person we the spend the most time with💘
The person that we love the most but at the same time the person that see all of us (particularly our worst parts).

If you are ready to make time and do some work in your relationship this is an incredible way to start with CACAO🧡💫💜
The chocolate medicine is gentle and helps to create a loving & compassionate environment so we can all lay our arguments and pain to rest.

A few days ago I had the honour and the pleasure to be nurtured by , She will be one of the queens holding space at the mini retreat on the 12th of June .

Her role will be to offer Womb Massages. Have you ever had a womb massage? Well, let me tell you, I had to try this for myself before I felt comfortable sharing this with you ladies.

What I experienced was an incredible peace brought on by such a loving and nurturing touch. I slowed right down. I really felt into my womb. It felt like I was being put into a cocoon... and when I left I felt like I was resting on a flower with my wings expanded & free. Thank you Tessa

🌻🌺🌼 CACAO 🌞🤎🌛

I love this fruit.
I love this process.
There is something that wakes up inside me when I am standing under the leaves of a Cacao tree, it's like I'm home again, standing on my grandmothers farm playing with seeds on the concrete while they dry.
Then i become a ball of excitement when I pick the fruit.
Cutting it open and that super-fresh fruity aroma.
Sucking the sweet & juicy white flesh off the seeds.
Some seeds we keep to dry out, some we plant and do our best to grow at our home.

I never would have thought that I could get so excited by a fruit!🙊 It represents SO much to me . I feel a deep gratitude inside me stretching back to my ancestral roots in Ecuador.

Mama Cacao gives what she gets. Treat her with respect and she will let you feel (w)holy. Be patient with her and feel your inner reservoir of patience grow deeper.

I love Cacao and I know she loves me ❤🤎

Well this part is unique. Literally as unique as each woman is. Like grains of sand on the beach. This part takes around 3 to 4 hours. We go through each birth you have had, including any miscarriages and even including your own birth.\
We are all different and each Post Partum Cacao Ceremony is different, so you never know what's going to happen 🙃😉🤪😜.

Tessa's ceremony had 4 elements and each elements brought her closer to the healing she was looking for. Closer to the little girl that needed love, care, respect and so much more.
It was my great honour to hold each little part of this ceremony.

THE HEALING SOUP

It's my family's cultural tradition that our first meal after birth is a healing soup for several reasons. Of course these are my reasons 😉

Hydrate your body
Nourish your body
Helps you to caca😅 sooner
And helps with the milk production.
I still remember that feeling of having my first healing soup after birth 🤤😌.
