What I've noticed after three treatments and some spa time is my arthritis inflammation has reduced, my gut feels lighter, weight loss (our intestines holds 5kgs of waste).

Anxiety, lack of serotonin production, fear, worry are linked to our gut and now I can begin to feel more joy!!! 🥰

I am monitoring any other changes but a big one is my sugar levels have been fantastic since so that's awesome!
