Some of us didn’t come here to avoid the trauma. We came here to live it - fully, deeply, and sometimes painfully. Experiencing a wound in real time, you might feel every layer your lineage couldn’t. Anger they swallowed. The grief they never named. The patterns they didn’t have the knowledge to change or break.

They are ancient traumas being relived.

You’re processing what was carried through generations - the unspoken, the inherited, the unfinished. When you sit with the pain, learn the lesson, and understand the meaning, you don’t just heal yourself, you clear the old energy held by your ancestors. In this clearing, you create space and hold a new wisdom.

For your descendants to begin without the old karmic patterns. They first need to inherit your wisdom instead of your wounds. This is ascension. Healing backwards and forward through time, so if you’re feeling it deeply, it might be because you’re the healer of your bloodline.

You’re not breaking down — you’re breaking lineage patterns. This is sacred work!!
