🌟 Support Worker Wanted – Logan Reserve QLD 🌟
We are currently seeking a female support worker to join our team in supporting a 14-year-old female participant with ASD Level 3, ADHD, and PDA profile.
📍 Location: Logan Reserve, QLD
🕒 Shifts: 4 hours per day, 3 days per week
About the Role:
This position involves providing support primarily around daily routines and home schooling. The participant experiences selective mutism, so preferred communication includes sign language and the use of assistance apps (e.g. text-to-speech, AAC tools).
We are looking for someone who is:
✅ Female, aged 25+
✅ Experienced in working with autism, complex behaviours, and specifically PDA presentations
✅ Neuro-affirming in their approach
✅ Patient, adaptable, and trauma-informed
✅ Willing to work under the current provider arrangements already in place within the home (no independents)
